Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur (5-min walk from Cochrane MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000
Work Days: Monday - Friday (5 days)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM - 7PM (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain a master tracker for all marketing projects, deadlines, and deliverables across in-house and outsourced projects.
• Coordinate with Ads, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to resolve delays or blockers.
• Consolidate reports and provide regular status updates to management.
• Alert management promptly on major campaign issues, client complaints, missed deadlines, or operational blockers.

2. Client Coordination & Communication

• Act as the communication bridge between clients and the marketing team.
• Provide timely updates on campaign performance, budgets, and optimizations.
• Follow up on client requests, approvals, and concerns until closure.

3. Meeting & Executive Support

• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
• Ensure follow-ups are completed and deadlines are met.
• Prepare a concise weekly summary for the lead.

4. Marketing Administration

• Manage marketing platform access and subscription records.
• Organize marketing assets, documents, SOPs, and reporting templates.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or operational support role.
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets – capable of managing data and reporting effectively.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus advantages.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
