We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QMS Officer / QMS Auditor to support and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) within a fast-paced EMS manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal quality audits.
• Support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.
• Coordinate quality-related training and awareness programs.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Assist departments in implementing quality procedures and documentation controls.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a QMS, QA, or auditing role within the EMS/manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality standards is an advantage.
• Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
