Key Responsibilities

• Multiple production positions available. Candidates will be assigned to Machine Operator Trainee, Assembly, Packing, Casting, Silk Screening, or On-site Operator based on experience, skills, and business needs.
• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and report any defects immediately.
• Carry out self-inspection during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping (5S) at the workstation.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear the required PPE.
• Assist in machine setup, material preparation, and changeover when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, stamping, machining, assembly, or manufacturing operations will have an added advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred. Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia are required.
• Able to understand and follow basic work instructions and SOPs.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work overtime and shift work when required.
• Good attendance, discipline, and ability to work well in a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Salary Review

• Salary adjustment will be considered upon successful completion of the probation period based on performance and job competency.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
