WE ARE HIRING: Project Admin (Contract – 3 Months)

Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as Assistant Project Admin for a 3-month contract position.

Position: Assistant Project Admin

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Executive in daily project administration and coordination activities.
• Organize, maintain, and ensure proper documentation of project data and records in the relevant file directories.
• Gather, compile, track, and prepare reports related to project submissions, applications to authorities, payment records, and other project information.
• Prepare Traffic Control Plans (TCP) and other related drawings for checking and submission to relevant officers/authorities.
• Liaise with relevant officers regarding submission of applications and project matters.
• Monitor and update project progress as required.

Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Prior experience in project administration / construction industry will be an advantage.

Salary Range:

RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month

(Based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.)
