Production Manager

We develop and produce innovative high-tech components and systems based on X-ray and radio-frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.
In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products while achieving production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 6S practices, and process optimization strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
Manage and develop production teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture to achieve manufacturing goals.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other supporting functions to ensure smooth production flow and prevent line disruptions.
Support new product introduction (NPI), production line setup, troubleshooting activities, and corrective actions to ensure successful transition from development to mass production.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field, with extensive manufacturing leadership experience.
More than 10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry, with proven experience managing large production teams.
Strong track record in driving manufacturing performance through SQCDP, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and achievement of operational targets.
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, and managing NPI-to-mass production transitions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate across global and local teams.
