Key Responsibilities

* Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to inspection standards and work instructions.

* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauge).

* Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.

* Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.

* Issue and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required.

* Ensure products comply with customer specifications and quality requirements.

* Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.

* Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse regarding quality issues.

* Verify first article inspections and line clearance before production starts.

* Ensure inspection equipment is properly handled and calibrated before use.

* Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation in the QC area.

* Follow company policies, ISO procedures, and safety regulations.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
