Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with malfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using test instruments, diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Dismantle, inspect, adjust, repair, and assemble electro-mechanical equipment according to layout drawings, blueprints, operating manuals, repair procedures, and engineering specifications.
• Conduct equipment testing and verification after repair to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Perform equipment rebuilds, replacement of components, and restoration activities as required.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist engineers with equipment modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform equipment installation, setup, and qualification activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting activities, and repair history.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, and Production teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or manufacturing support.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and repair processes is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
