Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of merchant campaigns — from setup through monitoring to close-out.
- Coordinate Kreator trip support for merchants — nomination, budget calculation, and logistics coordination.
- Set up and manage promo codes/coupon codes for campaigns, including testing and QA before launch.
- Audit proposals for quality and consistency against standardized templates and guidelines.
- Produce and maintain merchant reports covering media performance, fund utilization, and ROI.
- Support media plan creation for assigned merchants and origins using existing tools and rate cards.
- Flag data quality or process issues for resolution, and help keep documentation up to date.
- Coordinate with the Designer, and other cross-functional partners on campaign asset design needs.
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, campaign management, account management, or a related field.
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented — comfortable catching small errors before they become big problems.
- Adaptable — able to manage a high volume of concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong google spreadsheet skills; comfortable picking up new AI tools and systems.
- Good written and verbal English; Japanese is a plus.
