Business Controller covers the BU business for Taiwan scope, works as a finance business partner to support the forecasting and analytical process as well as assist implementation of controlling practice for RMS, highlight the business risks, and drive the sustainable and profitable growth of BU in joint accountability with BU Head.

Education

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or CPA/ACCA is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience , incl. 3+ years’ experience as finance BP
• High level analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experience
• Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions
• Experience with data mining, finance information automation, and Power BI is an advantage
