Retail Sales Assistant (SHIFT WORK)

Job Scope includes:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Recommend suitable products and explain their usage and preparation.
• Operate the POS system and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately.
• Pack, weigh, label, and prepare customer purchases and delivery orders.
• Replenish shelves, monitor stock levels, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and daily store operations.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge on herbs, dried seafood, bird's nest, mushrooms, teas, and seasonal products.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
