Position: Business Analyst

Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)

Location: MBFC SG, Office site TBC

Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours in SG time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Wealth Management Technology initiatives. You will bridge business and technology teams, drive agile delivery, and support end-to-end project, release, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Perform impact analysis, provide functional guidance, and improve business processes.
• Support agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Scrum delivery.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, cutovers, and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis in Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products, banking processes, agile delivery, and production releases.
• Experience with Scrum, stakeholder management, and release coordination.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Postman, REST/SOAP APIs; Finacle, Avaloq, or other core banking systems are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)
