Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer & Content Producer to support our content strategy by delivering professional-grade filming, editing, and production. This role is critical in ensuring our content stands out from typical tuition centre marketing and reflects a premium, trustworthy brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional video shoots.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and supporting equipment.
- Film educational content, advertisements, testimonials, and social media videos.
- Edit short-form and long-form content to a high professional standard.
- Produce engaging motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Ensure consistent visual branding across all content.
- Assist with storyboarding and shot planning.
- Coordinate filming schedules and production logistics.
Additional Responsibilities (Preferred)
- Source and coordinate student actors, parent actors, or other talent when required.
- Scout filming locations and manage production arrangements.
- Liaise with freelance talent, photographers, makeup artists, and other production personnel.
- Assist in casting and talent management for larger campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional videography and editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media content formats.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
- Experience producing commercial or educational content is highly advantageous.
- Must possess and provide their own professional videography equipment, including suitable cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting, tripods/gimbals, and editing software. All content produced should meet a professional commercial standard suitable for digital advertising and social media marketing campaigns.
