Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
• Execution of in-store activations, atrium events, roadshows, and retail promotions
• Work closely with retailers, suppliers, designers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
• Monitor and track A&P budgets, promotional spending, and campaign performance
• Prepare brand performance reports, sales analysis, and market updates
• Ensure timely execution of POSM materials, promotional displays, and sampling activities
• Assist in developing creative ideas and marketing initiatives to grow brand visibility and sales
• Manage project timelines and follow up closely to ensure smooth execution across all channels

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing/trade marketing experience preferred
• FMCG or retail experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
