Finance Manager/ Finance Controller, 5 Days, location : Kwai Hing, Salary: 45-60K ( Nego )

A private group with headquarters in Hong Kong with investments / operations in Garment retail, trading, manufacturing and real properties in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The group wishes to find someone who will be responsible for financial strategic planning and operations and will directly report to the top management team.
Job Description
Oversee full finance functions including accounting, audit, tax, treasury and financial reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks
Manage accounting team around 5-6 account staff
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Review, develop and strengthen business processes, accounting policies and internal controls to maintain effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Oversee the reporting and evaluate financial performance of subsidiaries and investments
Coordinate and drive various teams to improve existing processes
Perform ad-hoc tasks and travel outside Hong Kong as required

The Successful Applicant should have
- Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, Qualified member of ICPA or equivalent
- Over 10 years of experience (working experience in Big Four Accounting Firms / experience in retail and/or Trading background highly preferred)
- Independent, proactive personality and ability to learn fast and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge in PC and in ERP system
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
