Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Execution: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Stakeholder (and Vendor) Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Performance Tracking: Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Track project milestones and deliverables.

Experience

• Able to work on multi-tasking is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent Communication skill, details-oriented, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• At least 10 years of experiences in project management and vendor management for applications
• Experience in managing project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting
• Experience in managing mobile device deployment
• Experience in managing hotel opening projects (this is a must)
• Experience in managing regional/remote projects
