Full Time Trainer - AI for Users and Professionals Jobs, in Kornerstone Limited - Ricebowl

About the role

Kornerstone Limited (a Trainocate Company) is seeking for passionate and experienced IT and AI Trainers to join our growing training team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training programs to individuals and corporate clients, ranging from users, management to advanced technical professionals. You will play a key role in shaping learners’ technical capabilities and helping them succeed in today’s fast‑evolving technology landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) across assigned domains

• Prepare and customize training materials, presentations, interactive demos and labs, and assessments

• Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner

• Facilitate hands-on labs, interactive workshops, demos, and real-world use cases

• Evaluate trainees’ progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises

• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices

• Collaborate with curriculum designers and training managers to continuously improve course content

• Provide post-training support, guidance, and feedback to learners

What we're looking for

• Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners, especially business users

• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for learning

• Relevant global qualifications in IT technical, training, or a related field, includes but not limited to:

  • Data Analytics / AI / Machine Learning / Cloud Computing

  • GenAI (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, etc.)

  • Cybersecurity (Palo Alto, ISACA Certifications or CISSP, etc.)

• Proven experience in delivering effective workplace training and assessment

• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities in Cantonese or English

• Proficiency in creating and deliver highly customized training design and material

• Familiarity with industry best practices, or an accredited trainer with qualification will be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT))
