Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement discussions and be responsible for system architecture design and development.
• Ensure system stability and continuously improve existing technical frameworks to support highly available, high-concurrency, and high-performance system services.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of technical decisions and solutions, including system upgrades, optimization, performance tuning, and online issue resolution.
• Participate in relevant technical research and tackle key technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Solid Java fundamentals, familiar with microservices-related technologies, and a deep understanding of distributed system theories. Practical experience with common Java development frameworks such as Spring Cloud. Proficient in using and troubleshooting databases and middleware such as RocketMQ, Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 6 years of complete Java backend development experience. Strong experience in backend development for the gaming and voice social networking sectors. Able to independently complete system performance tuning and online troubleshooting.
• Strong problem analysis, diagnosis, and resolution skills, with experience and capability in designing module or subsystem solutions. Hands-on experience in the full design of distributed high-concurrency systems. Able to independently build metric calculation platforms and optimize systems through storage restructuring, significantly reducing latency and server resource costs.
• Experience as a project lead developer, responsible for subsystem solution design, requirement discussions, version releases, and code reviews. Able to continuously iterate technical architecture and maintain high system availability and stability.
• Strong teamwork spirit, willingness to accept new technologies and new ideas, and good learning and communication skills. Long-term participation in technical research and key technical problem-solving for various business systems, with excellent collaboration and self-learning abilities.
• Familiarity with the WebSocket protocol and Netty communication framework is preferred. Experience in social networking, voice chat, or quantitative trading system development is also preferred.
