We are seeking a highly motivated and talented AI, Data Science, and Robotics Coach to join our coding centre. As a part-time coach, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that integrate AI, data science, and robotics in educational settings. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies while making a positive impact on the education sector.

Responsibilities:

• Teach and Mentor: Coach students in foundational and advanced coding (e.g., Python) and guide them through hands-on technical projects.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team of experts to develop, implement, and refine coding, AI, and robotics curricula for educational purposes.
• AI Integration: Assist in designing and demonstrating AI concepts—including natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and basic models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow—in an accessible way for students.
• Robotics Projects: Participate in the development, deployment, and instruction of AI-based robotics projects and practical hardware integrations.
• Track Progress: Contribute to the documentation and reporting of student progress, project outcomes, and curriculum effectiveness.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate coding, AI, and robotics solutions seamlessly into our educational platforms.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Education, or a related field.
• Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated passion for education and a keen interest in leveraging coding, AI, and robotics to enhance student learning experiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels.
• AI & ML Knowledge: Familiarity with popular ML & DL libraries (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow) and core AI concepts (NLP, transformers, generative modelling).
• Robotics Foundation: Knowledge of robotics principles, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic classroom or lab environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Coaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students in coding, STEM, AI, or robotics.
• Hardware Experience: Experience with robotic hardware and software development (e.g., LEGO Education, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Advanced Tech Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), computer vision, or sensor integration.
• Community Involvement: Contributions to open-source projects or relevant educational research.
