Responsibilities

• Assist the team for market research and transaction execution in the Built Environment Sector
• Assist the team to coordinate various corporate planning and restructuring initiatives
• Prepare materials and presentation decks
• Conduct industry research, peers benchmarking and company research
• Assist in managing external consultants and assignments
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Master, undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Accountancy, Finance or Economics
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Solid knowledge in accounting and financial analysis
• A self-starter and ability to work independently
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Past internship experience in M&A/corporate finance is a plus
