Talent Acquisition Partner – Data Centres (APAC)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in recruiting for Data Centre and Mission Critical Infrastructure projects across the APAC region.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience of recruitment experience focused on Data Centres / Mission Critical Infrastructure.
• Proven recruitment experience across the APAC region (not only a local market).
• Experience recruiting for C-Level Data Centre professionals, engineering, construction and corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of the rapidly growing Data Centre industry, driven by digital transformation and AI.
• Experience recruiting within corporate environments.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience, from intake meetings through offer management and onboarding.
• Strong headhunting and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience conducting market mapping and building strategic talent pipelines.
• Ability to develop and maintain warm candidate networks.

This position will play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent across our expanding business, supporting growth within Data Centre Development, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering and Corporate Functions throughout the APAC region.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, providing an exceptional recruitment experience while proactively identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals in a highly competitive market.

This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys direct sourcing, executive recruitment, market mapping and building long-term relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of technical and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates using multiple sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer management and onboarding.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Talent Sourcing

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Conduct market mapping for key business areas and critical positions.
• Develop candidate pools across Data Centres, Engineering, Construction, Project Delivery and Corporate Functions.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, hiring strategies and market intelligence.
• Support hiring managers throughout interview and selection processes.
• Deliver regular recruitment updates and hiring progress reports.

Continuous Improvement

• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and best practices.
• Contribute to recruitment projects supporting business growth.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and an exceptional candidate experience.

Reporting Line

This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and works closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the organisation.
