Role summary

Act as the founder's operational right hand. This role owns execution, not strategy. You keep vendors, hires, compliance, and admin running so the founder can focus on fundraising and product.

Role is only open to Singapore Citizen or PRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Singapore office logistics: space, supplies, local vendor coordination
• Liaise with corporate service providers, banking contacts, and other local vendors
• Track corporate compliance deadlines (filings, renewals, statutory reports) and flag them before they're missed
• Support hiring: schedule interviews, coordinate offer paperwork, onboard new hires
• Manage founder's schedule, meetings, and travel logistics
• Handle expense tracking and basic bookkeeping coordination with outsourced accounting
• Draft and manage vendor contracts and renewals
• Serve as point of contact across teams on non-technical admin matters
• Escalate issues early. No surprises.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and one other Asian language (written and spoken)
• Proven ability/drive to manage multiple vendors and deadlines without hand-holding
• Strong written communication: can draft clear emails, summaries, and status updates unprompted
• Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage startup, priorities shift weekly

Nice to have

• Experience with Singapore corporate compliance or working alongside a corporate services provider
• Experience supporting a founder or executive
• Startup or fast-growth company experience
• 2+ years in an operations, executive assistant, chief of staff, or office management role
