We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Administrator to join Materialise. In this role, you will be part of an international team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and contribute to the continued growth of our channel sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth by preparing and following up on sales quotations, ensuring timely order fulfilment, responding to inbound enquiries, and carrying out proactive outbound activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for sales- and support-related enquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and maximise the impact of channel partnerships.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales teams across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage renewal activities, including customer follow-ups, renewal tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Support additional workload during peak periods, including month-end and closing activities.
  • Identify and resolve operational obstacles through practical, creative, and adaptable solutions.
  • Take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on results.

Requirements:

  • his is a junior-level position, and fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • A hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong team spirit and a collaborative approach, with the flexibility to support colleagues during peak periods.
  • Comfortable managing routine operational tasks while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage diverse customer requirements and adjust quickly to evolving systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working in the dynamic environment of a technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Experience working in a global organisation is an added advantage.
