Principle Duties

• Performing full spectrum of GL functions to maintain full set of accounts
• Accountable for performing monthly closing of accounts and variance analysis, preparation of monthly reporting and business unit reporting.
• Review of purchase orders and cheques prepared, retrofit costing proposal and clearance of accounts.
• Quarterly stock take and annual audit.
• Budget and outlook preparation.
• Project monitoring.
• Compilation of annual tax filing info.

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

• A proven track record with commercial experience with 3-4 years in Big 4 or Medium size accounting firms preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and meticulous for details.
• High integrity and able to work independently.

Academic/Professional Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
