Requirements: 1. Possess minimum with Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience 3. Hands-on knowledge and experience in Plastics Injection Moulding 4. Teamwork, Problem-solving skills, ability to handle multitasking job. 5. Able to work in shifts rotation. 6. Familiar with standard process check-sheet Responsibility: 1. Responsible for the injection mold processes ; changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, preparation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment. 2. Set up parameters of injection molding machines. (temperature, pressure, speed, timing). 3. To perform daily inspections and maintenance activities of the machinery and systems, update checklist. 4. Responsible to analyze the defective report, adjustment, remain stable injection molding process. 5. To ensure proper housekeeping and safety in shop floor during handling and operating. 6. Communicate with, production leader, QC when discover an issue in the production process. 7. Assist in any ad-hoc assignment / project assigned by superior.
