The Smart Local (TSL) Media Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Business Development Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

TSL Media Group is growing its commercial team in Malaysia, and we're hiring Business Development talent across our media and influencer marketing business. You'll own the full sales cycle — finding new clients, pitching content and influencer campaign solutions, and closing deals with brands and agencies across the market.

This is a role for someone who likes the hunt: generating leads, getting in front of decision-makers, and being measured on what you bring in.

What you will do:

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of new brand and agency clients
• Pitch and sell content, social, and influencer marketing campaigns
• Own deals end to end — prospecting, proposal, negotiation, close
• Manage client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Work with our project and creative teams to deliver campaigns
• Keep the sales pipeline and forecasts current

A successful candidate should have:

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or client servicing — media, advertising, or digital marketing a strong plus
• A track record of hitting revenue targets
• Confident presenting and negotiating
• A network in the Malaysian media / marketing space is an advantage
• Comfortable with a CRM and pipeline reporting
