Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Negotiator role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Property Negotiator will handle day-to-day client engagement, including responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, and providing guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, negotiating prices and contract terms, and preparing necessary documentation in line with company and regulatory standards. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and new developments, while collaborating with internal teams for marketing and listing activities. The Property Negotiator is also expected to follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Brokerage and Sales to manage real estate transactions and achieve performance targets.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management to handle diverse property portfolios and support investor and owner needs.
  • Candidates should possess skills in New Home Sales to assist developers and buyers with primary market launches and purchases.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of local real estate regulations, contracts, and compliance requirements; prior agency or real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Comfort with digital tools, listing platforms, and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
  • Possession of relevant real estate certifications or licenses in Malaysia (or willingness to obtain them) is preferred.
