About The Job

• Proactively source, evaluate, and pursue strategic investment, partnership, and business growth opportunities across real estate and related sectors.
• Formulate, negotiate, and establish commercial frameworks and joint venture structures aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate strategic alignment, commercial feasibility, and financial viability for potential investments and expansion initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key corporate partners, industry bodies, consultants, and public sector stakeholders.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate growth, or investment management within real estate, property development, or related commercial sectors.
