About the Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented Institution Due Diligence Analyst to join our Institution Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence on institutional clients, including financial institutions, acquirers, e-wallets and other non-individual customers. This role is critical to ensuring our organization meets all regulatory requirements and maintains effective risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end AML due diligence process (including onboarding/periodic/event-triggered/whitelisting due diligence).
• Due diligence questionnaire review
• Independent research and verification of institution profile
• Follow-up calls/interviews/Email communication with partners
• Complete partner risk assessment, and assessment report documentation
• Record keeping and maintenance
• Adverse media review
• Name screening list preparation and review of escalated name screening hits
• Review incoming fund rejection due to non-whitelisted PSP (Payment Service Providers) /Marketplace
• Preparing and sending of RFIs to partners
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (major in finance is preferred) and with good command in English
• 3 years of relevant working experience in AML & Sanctions in financial institutions or payment services providers
• Resourceful and meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
