Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including collections, statement issuance, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Monitor daily sales and collection transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Perform bank, credit card, customer deposit, and suspense account reconciliations.
• Support inventory-related activities, including stock reconciliations, stock adjustments, and periodic stock counts.
• Prepare month-end journals, schedules, reports, and supporting documents for management review.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established financial control procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related operational issues and provide guidance on relevant processes.
• Support finance projects and improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, process automation, operational changes, and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, accounts receivable, month-end closing, reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting or ERP systems; SAP exposure would be an advantage.
