Job Purpose

Prepare, coordinate, manage and execute the sourcing activities for works, supply and services under Prasarana Group and to ensure that all projects are well executed as planned for budgeted and budgeted items, with full observance to appropriate guidelines, policies, practices and administration with an estimated annual spend over RM250 million.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate, check and review the procurement of Supply and Services related. Coordinate, monitor, and review the procurement of supply and services related to rolling stock, ensuring full compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines for both CAPEX and OPEX.
• Execute and ensure smooth running of sourcing activities (pre, during and after).
• Prepare PO in the system upon award and letter of award issuance.
• Develop effective business partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous excellence of service.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Quantity Surveyor, Building, Supply Chain Management and Purchasing or an equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Proficient knowledge on procurement, project management, logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 and E‑Procurement tools.
