Carry out stocktaking in the kitchen regularly and assist in stock control of food and beverage.
To check regularly the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented and sufficient.
Strive to continually improve customer and team satisfaction.
Maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
