Job Descriptions:
Performed inventory checks by counting and inspecting all incoming stock upon arrival.
Reset all devices and ensure they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
Enter all incoming stock details into the internal system.
Performed routine stocktaking at different branch locations.
Allocating and arranging the delivery of stock to different stores.
Processed returns, sorted inventory, and managed stock regularly.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-order stock and confirm delivery dates.
Maintain pricing fairness with waste cost reduction.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
Strong administrative and detail-oriented.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
Work Schedule: 5-day work week from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
