The Opportunity


We're looking for an experienced Angula Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications. If you have strong Angular expertise, enjoy mentoring others, and thrive in Agile environments, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise-grade applications, contribute to internal frameworks, and help drive engineering excellence.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular
  • Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces
  • Contribute to internal frameworks, libraries, and Inner Source projects
  • Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers
  • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
  • Develop and maintain unit tests and end-to-end testing
  • Build and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Break down complex technical requirements into manageable development tasks
  • Coordinate and support task execution within the development team
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and modern development practices
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and accuracy through critical evaluation


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of frontend development experience with Angular
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs
  • Strong knowledge of unit testing and frontend testing best practices
  • Experience converting UI/UX mockups into responsive web applications
  • Proven experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) and the ability to validate AI-generated code effectively
  • Passion for continuous learning and software engineering best practices
