FWD Insurance Hiring! Full Time Business Development Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objective.
• Identify, recommend, and advise on new business development strategies and opportunities through research and analysis, feedback from the bank sales team.
• Monitor and update business performance against KPI and analyze deviations and implications to the department.
• Drive the bancatakaful business with branches and salespeople through training and coaching, motivation and sales proposition, as well as support the sales team on the after sales service and sales quality monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, bank partners and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for partners and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress and outcome and subsequently present the findings and recommendations to the management for performance growth.
• Initiating, developing and executing sales proposal to actively drive the business growth with bank partner and branch personnel to achieve the shared goal.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years working experience in the Takaful/Financial industry.
• Must possess at least Diploma in Economic, Business Management, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, or any related discipline from recognized university. Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Understand Takaful business and market segmentation.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• communication skills for both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both internal and external parties.
• In-depth knowledge of Takaful products and bancatakaful model.
• Thorough understanding of business administration, management and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
