Job Description:

• Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, invoices, statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct thorough bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage petty cash transactions and monitor customer payment collections.
• Assist with monthly/annual financial closing processes and audit preparation tasks.
• Maintain proper filing systems and handle all administrative financial documentation

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (requires liaising with suppliers and vendors from China)
• Experienced in SQL Accounting software.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Ready to start immediately.
