JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Support application deployment and system configuration across development and production environments.
• Help automate deployment processes and repetitive operational tasks.
• Monitor build and deployment activities and troubleshoot basic deployment issues.
• Work with the team to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
• Assist in maintaining Linux and Windows servers used for application deployment.
• Support release activities to ensure successful and smooth software deployments.
• Help maintain deployment documentation and technical guides.
• Collaborate with developers and senior engineers to improve build and deployment workflows.
• Learn and adopt DevOps best practices, automation tools, and cloud technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or Google Cloud).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team.
