About the Role:

CapBay is looking for passionate Relationship Managers who are eager to build strong partnerships, drive growth, and deliver solutions to our clients and distributors. This role is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals, giving everyone the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and make a real impact.

Key Responsibility:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, SMEs, and distributors
• Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth through proactive relationship management
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to deliver seamless client experiences
• Monitor portfolio performance, provide insights, and identify opportunities to expand engagement

Key Qualities and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Investment, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply
• Experienced candidates: Proven experience in relationship management, client engagement, or distributor management (2+ years preferred)
• Self-motivated, driven proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
