What You Will Do:

• Record, monitor & control the cost of all warehouses included but not limited to:

1. Packaging material

2. Manpower

3. Tools & equipment

4. Attendance

5. Purchase request

6. Ad Hoc assigned by HOD or Assistant HOD

• Liase with Finance and vendor for payment related issue
• Liase with manpower agency for manpower arrangement
• Re-ordering packaging material
• Looking for quotations
• Any Ad Hoc assignment from HOD or Assistant HOD
• Report to HOD or Assistant HOD

What You Will Need:

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience as Operations Admin (Warehouse, Logistics)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas persuasively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Adaptability, initiative, and eagerness to acquire new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
