1. Supervise daily activities of QA/QC staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, work instructions, and inspection protocols.

3. Ensure compliance with QMS other relevant quality standards depending on industry.

4. Coordinate product inspections, testing, and sampling to verify compliance with specifications.

5. Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints.

6. Maintain and analyze quality performance data; recommend and implement improvements.

7. Assist in internal and external audits and ensure corrective/preventive actions are completed.

8. Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

9. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality at all stages.

10. Prepare QA/QC documentation, reports, and records for management and regulatory bodies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
