CS Job Scope:

• Receive PO: Record in PO book/entry auto count, verify with quotation.
• Issue Job sheet: Use Excel format & Easy Job System.
• Purchase Requests: Fill in for materials/outsourced items, check receiving status.
• Financial Documents: Issue credit notes, purchase returns, and debit notes (for customers or suppliers).
• Production Coordination: Follow up and coordinate production flow and goods status.
• Quotations: Calculate and issue quotations.
• Sample Submission: Arrange and manage sample submissions.
• Forecast & Schedule: Keep forecasts and schedules updated.
• Shipment Arrangements: Issue DO/Packing list, arrange containers, apply for CA & Form D.
• Customer Communication: Handle product inquiries, costing, and complaints via email/phone.
• Bad Debt: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Supplier/Subcon: Manage billing, costing, and quantity for suppliers and subcontractors.
• R&D New Product: Find new suppliers for outsourced items.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any tasks assigned by superiors (e.g., audits by customers or suppliers).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
