Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents and business partners.
• Follow up on referrals and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary client needs assessment and prepare opportunity summaries.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for opportunity handovers.
• Support business development activities, meetings, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Relations.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
