Key Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations:
• Perform welding on metal components using MIG, TIG, or Arc welding techniques.
• Assemble and fabricate firefighting equipment parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect and test welds to ensure strong and clean joints.
• Follow company standards and specifications to maintain product quality.
• Equipment Handling:
• Set up and operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment as required.
• Safety & Housekeeping:
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the welding area.
• Team Support:
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete production tasks on time.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

1. SPM or equivalent; welding certification is an advantage.

2. At least 1 year of welding experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication.

3. Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.

4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

5. Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
