Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms to hotel standards
• Replenish room amenities, linens, and towels as required
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas (e.g., lobbies, hallways, restrooms)
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor
• Support laundry operations, including folding and sorting linens (if assigned)
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys and supply areas are well-stocked and organized
• Follow hotel health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Learn and adhere to the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related program
• Basic understanding of cleanliness standards and hygiene protocols
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and grooming
