Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender and contract documents for new projects as well as successful tender bids.
• Assist in the overall administrative matters of various contracts and sub-contract works
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field may be preferred
• Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Fresh graduate is encourages to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
