Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and packaging upon arrival to verify they meet strict quality specifications.
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety standards and recipe compliance.
• Conduct routine laboratory testing including pH, temperature, moisture, and sensory analysis.
• Perform sanitation & allergen swabbing and pre-operational hygiene checks on equipment before production runs.
• Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety policies.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment and production scales daily.
• Document all findings accurately and complete quality logs, shift reports, and waste tracking sheets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Internship students are welcome to apply.
• Experience: 1–3 years of QC/QA experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Fresh Graduate are encourage.
• Certifications: Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, GHP
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local food safety regulations and laboratory testing protocols.
• Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written communication.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperature zones (e.g., chilled rooms).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
