Job Description

• Monitor warehouse operations through CCTV.
• Inspect parcels to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Investigate damaged, missing, or misrouted parcels.
• Monitor staff compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily QC reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve quality issues.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff and management when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• 18–35 years old.
• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (required).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word,, etc)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or quality control is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
