HABIB Group Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Advisor - Ar-Rahnu Express in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate information to meet customers' needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Prepare and verify customer documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the branch's overall performance.
• Support daily branch operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities organized by Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group to promote our products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness within the community.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma and Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, banking, FMCG, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
