Role: Permanent role
Working day: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (work life balance)
Working location: Q sentral (reachable by MRT/LRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, filing, and responding to phone and email enquiries.
• Support the Practice Manager and People & Culture team with administrative and operational activities.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), ASIC, and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate business records and coordinate internal documentation.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative, operational, and accounts-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant administrative or accounts experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
