SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER

Location: Balakong, Cheras

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support sales and application-related tasks, from lead generation to post-sales support.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions.
• Identify and engage potential new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical support and develop sales engineering solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate with the factory and internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and product delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel locally and for outstation assignments as required.
• Knowledge of safety products and relevant industry standards will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
