As a Digital Content & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, producing, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create content that strengthens our brand, increases audience engagement, and supports sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, YouTube, Threads, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with current social media trends.
• Produce content that builds brand awareness while supporting sales and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily content posting and engage with online communities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Graphic Design team to execute digital campaigns.
• Explore and utilise AI-powered content creation tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in video shooting and editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about producing engaging content.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Malaysian citizen.
